The Hospitality Industry Diversity Institute (Hidi) creates partnerships with industry organizations, including hotels, foodservice and restaurants, theme parks and other organizations to highlight workforce inclusion across a broad cultural and environmental spectrum. As members, they become advocates and educators, providing real-world examples of best practices in hospitality diversity.

Hidi funds, encourages and promotes research that meets the needs of the hospitality industry to foster diversity in their workplace and in the industry at large. We create networking opportunities between researchers and industry companies and offer seed grants for important research, always with a focus on developing information that leads to better workplace diversity and inclusion.
